Yearbooks will start being sold on Monday of next week, for only $20, and continuing through the following week. Money is due on Friday, February 10th. Checks should be made out to SMS. Cash is also accepted. You should turn in your orders to your 1st block teacher or in the box in the main office. Our biannual Curriculum Fair was last Wednesday! Students presented many projects about a variety of subjects including The Golden Ratio, and Global Warming. Thank you students, for your hard work and time. Thank you, administrators and staff, for making this possible. We also need to thank our audience, who took time out of their day to show their support for our academic achievement. Remember, this is our first of two this year! So if you missed this one, you have a second opportunity to view our educational progress.

Our Bi-annual Curriculum  Fair is on the 18th from 5:30 to 7:00! Students will display their projects, explain their procedures, and showcase what they have learned. Members of our Community, come and celebrate our students' educational success. You might just learn something new! 

Here is a shout out to our friends outside of the USA. We have 59 views from Russia! Our next best viewers are from France, with 22 views. We also have viewers from Germany, Japan, Vietnam, Latvia, Brazil, Belgium, and the UK. Thanks to all of our viewers from other countries! You rock Russia!

The Smith and Pfaff Recyclers are collecting juice bags (not boxes) in specially marked boxes in the cafeteria. They are trying to help the environment by keeping all these bags out of landfills. They send the bags to a companty called Terracycle to be recycled into items like backpacks, hairbands, and totes. For every 500 bags they receive $10, most of which will be donated to charity.   Let's all help out the recyclers and bring in juice bags!!
